Job Title : Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Location : Chandrapur
Job Summary : The CRE is responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls and follow-ups.
- Manage and update leads in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Ensure timely customer communication and high satisfaction levels.
Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in automobile dealership or customer service.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and CRM software.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
