Responsibilities

- Coordinating with assigned team and retaining the business in motor vertical (Two wheeler segment).
- Client Relationship Management :This involves regular communication with our Existing and New clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Understanding client needs : Assessing and identifying client needs to tailor product offerings and provide personalized solutions.
- Responding to inquiries :Promptly addressing business partners inquiries and requests, providing clear and concise information.
- Resolving complaints :Resolving business partners, complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
