Role 1: Customer Support Executive - E-commerce Voice Process

Qualification: PUC (12th Pass) Language: Fluent English + Hindi Versant Level: Minimum Level 4

Shift Windows: Female: 8 AM - 8 PM Male: 7 AM - 12 AM

CTC: Up to ₹20,500 per month Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215 Openings: 100

Role 2: Key Account Manager - Seller Support Process (Myntra Process)

Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3) with 1 year experience OR MBA Fresher Language: Fluent Hindi + English Versant Level: 4

Shift: 7 AM - 9 PM (Any 9 hours)

Salary Structure: MBA Fresher - Up to ₹25,000 CTC | ₹20,000 Take Home Experienced - Up to ₹30,000 CTC | Up to ₹25,000 Take Home Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,065

Apprentice Stipend: Freshers - ₹22,500 per month Experienced - ₹27,000 per month
