Job Summary : We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain call records in the system.
- Meet performance and quality targets.
Requirements :
- Graduate preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in inbound customer support is mandatory. :
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude.
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
