Job Title: Sales Reservation Executive Location : Andhri, Chakala, Mumbai Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Process : Actively promote and sell our products/services, tailored to meet the client’s needs, ensuring that sales targets are met.

- Reservation Management : Handle bookings and reservations, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and confirmed, while managing cancellations and modifications as required.

- Customer Support : Provide outstanding customer service by resolving issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Database Maintenance : Maintain and update the company’s reservation system with accurate client information and transaction records.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and enhance customer engagement.

- Reporting :



Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights on trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in reservations or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented workplace.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
