Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
- Explain products or services and generate interest among customers.
- Follow up on previous interactions and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Record all interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude on all calls.

Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable command of English, Hindi,



Marathi
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
