- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an online store, including logistics, inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and fulfillment efficiency.

- Create, edit, and optimize current product listings to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Conduct regular audits to improve product rankings and customer reach through keywords, descriptions, and visuals.
- Track and manage daily orders, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or order issues with a customer-first approach.
- Maintain an organized database of customer orders and feedback to enable data-driven decision-making.




- Monitor and analyze customer reviews, leveraging insights to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to minimize delays.
- Develop engaging product videos and creative content for Ecommerce platforms.
- Oversee packaging for online orders, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are securely packed for transit.
- Implement best practices to enhance packaging efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the customer unboxing experience.
