Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Sales & Holiday Packages

- Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Assist customers in selecting travel packages based on their budget and preferences.
- Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, flights, and travel services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Customer Support & Travel Planning

- Create customized travel itineraries according to customer requirements.
- Provide travel advice, destination information, and package details.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Booking & Reservation Management

- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and tour arrangements.
- Prepare travel documents, vouchers, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
- Ensure all bookings are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Follow up with customers regarding travel plans and updates.

Supplier & Partner Coordination

- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Obtain the best available rates and travel options.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure smooth travel arrangements for customers.

Administration & Reporting





- Maintain records of bookings, payments, invoices, and customer details.
- Prepare sales and booking reports as required.
- Resolve customer concerns and travel-related issues professionally.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in Travel Sales, Travel Consulting, Tour Operations, or the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in holiday package sales and travel planning.
- Knowledge of flight booking systems and travel portals.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to create customized travel itineraries.
- Passion for travel and tourism.

Salary

₹4-5 Lakhs per annum + Performance Incentives
