We’re looking for a motivated and skilled CSE / CRM Executive.
Requirements :
- Maintain and update CRM database accurately
- Manage and follow up on customer leads and existing clients
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service
- Generate service reports and maintain records
- Basic computer & CRM software knowledge
Job Details : Job Type : Full Time, Permanent Role : CSE / CRM Executive Experience : Minimum 1 Years in Customer Service / CRM Location : Surat Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹23,000 Languages : English, Hindi, Gujarati
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
