Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Customer Service

- Greet customers courteously and understand their requirements.
- Explain product varieties such as sweets, savouries, bakery items, gift packs, and seasonal specials.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales value.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

1. Billing & Cash Handling

- Operate billing software / POS machine accurately.
- Generate bills and collect cash, UPI, card payments, etc.
- Maintain proper cash balance and handover at shift end.
- Issue receipts and ensure zero billing errors.

- Product Display & Hygiene

- Ensure sweets and food items are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for stock rotation.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety.
- Ensure counters, trays, showcases,



and shelves are clean.

- Stock & Inventory Support

- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor about low stock.
- Assist in inward stock checking and arrangement.
- Prevent pilferage, wastage, and product damage.

- Outlet Operations

- Follow outlet SOPs, policies, and service standards.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for fresh stock availability.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
