Job Title: Telecaller

Industry : Real Estate Location : Vijay Nagar, Indore Salary : ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries
- Explain real estate projects, offers, and pricing details to customers
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into site visits
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM or records
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address basic client queries

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales or telecalling preferred
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently
- Basic computer knowledge and calling etiquette
