Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer chats on e-commerce platforms and social media
- Respond to customer queries related to products, pricing, orders, and delivery
- Assist customers with order placement and tracking
- Resolve basic complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain accurate chat records and customer information
- Follow company communication guidelines and response templates

Requirements :

- Good written communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce processes
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in chat support or customer service
- Familiarity with platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, or marketplaces
