Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
- Provide information about properties, pricing, and offers
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service (Real Estate preferred)
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English
