Role Overview

This is a client-facing sales and consultation role. Your primary responsibility will be communicating with potential and existing clients, providing accurate information about our treatments, and guiding them through their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicating with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and messaging
- Conducting consultations and clearly explaining procedures
- Sending before-and-after images and treatment information
- Using ChatGPT and digital tools to relay accurate, professional information
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships




- Confident use of a computer and digital systems

What We’re Looking For

- Proven sales ability or strong natural selling skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong management and interpersonal capability with potential to lead
- Confidence speaking to clients on the phone
- Skilled, reliable, and presentable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Willingness to learn and follow UK-led training protocols

Working Hours

- Clinic operates Monday to Sunday
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Rotational shift patterns
- 28 days paid leave per year
