Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery issues, charging problems, and motherboard-level repairs
- Perform software troubleshooting such as OS installation, data backup, and virus removal
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Ensure timely and high-quality repairs in line with company standards
- Handle customer queries related to mobile device issues
- Test devices after repairs to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques

Qualifications :

- Minimum 10th/12th pass; Diploma or ITI in electronics/mobile servicing preferred
- Proven experience as a mobile technician or similar role
- Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms




- Experience with tools such as soldering iron, multimeter, heat gun, etc.

Skills Required :

- Good knowledge of mobile hardware and software
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and accurately
- Attention to detail and steady hand for handling small components
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience : 1-3 years of hands-on experience in mobile repair Experience with brands like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus, etc.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
