- Handle end-to-end loan documentation and backend processing .
- Verify and validate customer information and documents (KYC, income proof, etc.).
- Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and ready for disbursement.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist in cross-selling or upselling additional financial products.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0- 1 years of experience in loan processing, backend operations, or financial documentation .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills .
- Positive understanding of KYC norms , documentation standards, and basic financial terms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech industries.
- Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or related tools.
- Prior exposure to customer coordination and sales support functions.
