Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and style preferences.
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and warranty details.
- Suggest suitable furniture items (sofa, beds, dining sets, office furniture, etc.).
- Prepare quotations and close sales.
- Maintain showroom display and product presentation.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Coordinate with delivery and installation teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive product knowledge (wood types, upholstery, materials)
- Customer service orientation
- Sales target achievement ability
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel)
- Presentable personality

Qualifications :

- Graduate (Any Stream)
- 1-3 years experience in furniture or sales preferred
- Good communication skills in English can apply
