We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive - Operations from the logistics industry to manage customer relationships and act as the front face of the company with clients . The role involves client rendition , escalation handling, shipment monitoring, and coordination with internal operations teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the front-facing point of contact for clients
- Handle client rendition meetings, service discussions, and performance reviews
- Manage customer escalations and resolve service issues within TAT
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for smooth execution




- Track shipments, delays, and service performance
- Maintain CRM systems and prepare reports

Requirements :

- 3+ years experience in logistics / courier / cargo operations

- Strong experience in client handling and rendition :

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

- Ability to handle pressure and escalations
