We have urgent openings for the post of Service Coordinator.

- Job Location : Ghatkopar (W)
- Fix Salary : 25000 to 35000 per month.
- Experience : 5 to 10 Years.
- Note : Immediate joining
- Job timing will be : 9: AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Communication :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

- Visit customers as and when required.

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.

- Maintain skilled and timely communication.

- Order Management Process customer orders accurately in the system.

- Coordinate with Operations, logistics, and Purchase personnel for dispatch schedules.

- Track orders from confirmation to delivery.

- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

- Issue Resolution Address customer complaints and service issues promptly.

- Coordinate internally to resolve billing, delivery, or product concerns.

- Escalate complex issues to senior management when required.

- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.





- Internal Coordination :

- Work closely with Software and Operations teams

- Share regular updates on customer requirements and delivery timelines.

- Support sales team in preparing quotations and follow-ups.

- Reporting & Documentation :

- Maintain customer databases and CRM systems.

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on orders, pending issues, and customer feedback.

- Monitor key performance indicators related to customer service.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or operations (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
