About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US-based clients to promote and sell technical support services
- Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant solutions
- Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain high call volume and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Update CRM records and daily reports regularly
- Work calmly under pressure and deliver consistent performance

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent spoken English with clear communication
- Ability to understand US accent (preferred)
- Patience and active listening skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities




- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Confidence in handling international calls
- Target-driven approach with result-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of computer operations and CRM usage

Pay: ₹10,584.29 - ₹28,000.00 per month
