- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
Required Skills :
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- 1-4 years of experience in telecalling or sales
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
