Job Summary

We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for our team in Indore . If you have excellent English communication skills, prior experience in an international voice process, and are available to join immediately, we'd love to hear from you.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (V5 & V6 proficiency preferred).
- Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Aadhaar must be linked (seeded) with your bank account before joining.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions professionally.




- Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
- Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions.

Shift Details

- Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM .
- 9-hour shift (including breaks).
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.

Required Skills :

- Solid spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
