Roles & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

- Greets the customer while receiving the basket at the billing counter.
- Immediately starts scanning the products and ensures all items are accurately scanned.
- Checks product prices and verifies them with the system; informs the concerned person in case of any discrepancies.
- Provides product samples at the billing counter, where applicable.
- Enters customer details into the system accurately.
- Ensures all products are properly packed and applicable charges are applied.
- Presents the bill to the customer and directs them to make the payment.
- Handles customer queries related to product pricing, weight, or billing issues.

Product Management

- Ensures the billing counter is adequately stocked with billing rolls, bags,



and other required materials.
- Informs the relevant person when stock levels are low so that replenishment can be arranged.
- Ensures promotions and offers are applied correctly during billing.

Operations

- Manages cancellation and refund processes as per company policy.
- Removes barcodes from products where required.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization at the billing counter at all times.
- Participates actively in daily huddle meetings and follows instructions shared.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
