Job Summary : We are hiring a Front Counter Sales Executive with 6 months to 4 years of experience to manage customer interactions, take orders, and ensure smooth billing operations at the restaurant counter.

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet customers and take food & beverage orders accurately
- Explain menu items and suggest add-ons (upselling)
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments
- Coordinate with kitchen for order preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the counter area
- Resolve basic customer queries and ensure good service experience
- Assist in stock handling and daily sales records

Requirements :

- 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience in restaurant/retail
- Positive communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of billing

Preferred :

- Experience in food industry or QSR outlets & Other Industries
- Knowledge of basic inventory handling

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
