A Mobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) or mobile equipment (depending on industry context). The role ensures devices/equipment function optimally, supports customers with technical issues, and delivers reliable service either in-store or on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnosis & Repair :

- Inspect and troubleshoot mobile devices/equipment.

- Repair hardware issues (screens, batteries, charging ports, buttons).

- Resolve software problems (OS updates, malware removal, configuration).

- Maintenance & Installation :

- Perform preventive maintenance on mobile devices/equipment.

- Install and configure apps, updates, and accessories.

- Replace defective parts with genuine components.

- Customer Support :





- Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to customers.

- Provide cost estimates and repair timelines.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction through qualified service.

- Documentation & Reporting :

- Record repair activities, parts used, and service outcomes.

- Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.

- Field Service (if applicable) :

- Travel to customer locations for on-site repairs.

- Operate service vehicles and manage mobile repair kits.
