Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at NIS BPO SERVICES PVT LTD in Kanpur Nagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, prospecting potential clients, pitching services, converting leads into sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role also includes handling objections, managing CRM tools, cross-selling, and upselling services to meet and exceed sales targets.

*Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000+ (Travel Allowance and Attendance Bonus) + Attractive incentives

Key Responsibilities

*Cold calling and outbound sales communication

*Lead generation and qualification





*Pitching company services to potential clients

*Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

*Managing and updating leads in the CRM system

*Handling customer queries and objections professionally

*Building robust relationships with clients for repeat business

*Participating in sales training and improvement sessions

*Collaborating with team members to maximize conversion rates

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
