About this Role : We are seeking a skilled SAP delivery professional to lead large-scale ERP implementations and rollouts, ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP FIN/SCM domains. This role focuses on driving programme execution across people, process, and technology, while managing stakeholders, timelines, and costs effectively within global delivery environments.

What you’ll do : Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, timelines, and budget

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering data, processes, systems, and people
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and operating companies to align deliverables and execution plans
- Act as a central point for programme governance, escalation management,



and stakeholder communication
- Oversee implementation activities including testing, training, deployment, and data migration
- Balance delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
- Drive collaboration between shared services, system integrators, and Centres of Excellence
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to IT and compliance standards (including SOX)
- Lead local implementation teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with transformation initiatives

Who you are : Experienced in delivering ERP programmes with 8-10 years in SAP project environments

- Proven track record of leading at least two end-to-end SAP implementations in FIN or SCM
- Strong understanding of SAP capabilities, project delivery methodologies, and system landscapes
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional coordination
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and planning
- Able to work in dynamic, global environments and manage competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and ownership mindset
- Holds relevant qualifications in engineering, business, or related fields; certifications in Scrum, ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous
