Job Title : Beautician / Salon Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Provide beauty services such as:

- Haircuts, styling, and hair treatments

- Facials, clean-ups, and skincare treatments

- Waxing, threading, and hair removal services

- Manicure, pedicure, and nail care

- Basic makeup services

- Advise clients on suitable hairstyles, skincare routines, and treatments

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon area

- Build robust customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction

- Promote salon services and products to clients

- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or similar role
- Certification/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology preferred




- Knowledge of skin and hair care techniques for both men and women
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally and patiently
- Flexible to work weekends and peak hours

Preferred Skills

- Hair coloring and advanced styling
- Bridal and party makeup
- Knowledge of modern treatments (keratin, smoothening, etc.)
- Sales skills for upselling products and services
