Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Management

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion, ATV, ASP, footfall, productivity, and customer retention.
- Ensure achievement of individual and store sales targets through effective team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase walk-ins and repeat business.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and premium shopping experience.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve business goals.
- Conduct daily briefings, staff training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure proper roster management, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Coach team members on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

Customer Experience

- Handle customer escalations and grievance resolution professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
- Ensure excellent service standards aligned with premium jewellery retail.

Store Operations & Inventory Management

- Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure proper merchandising, display standards, and VM compliance.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and store documentation.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, audit compliance,



and security guidelines.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with franchise management and HO for operations and stock requirements.
- Maintain MIS reports and business performance tracking.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education : Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience : 3-6 years in retail, jewellery, lifestyle, fashion, or premium retail with minimum 1-2 years in team handling/managerial role.
- Experience in jewellery retail will be preferred.

Salary Range

₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and industry background)

Working Hours

As per store operational timing with rotational weekly off.

- Strong leadership qualities with a sales-driven mindset.
- Presentable personality with excellent customer handling ability.
- Ability to manage premium retail operations independently.
- Experience in luxury, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
