Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services
- Support the sales team in lead follow-ups and customer coordination
- Assist in online sales and marketing activities
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer queries
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any discipline)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer support is an advantage
Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
