Responsibilities :
- Cold calling potential clients and existing clients to introduce products or services
- Answering incoming calls from existing and potential clients
- Explaining product features and benefits to clients
- Following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
- Updating call records and maintaining client databases
- Collaborating with sales team to ensure targets are met
- Providing feedback on market trends to the management team
