Location 1: Thrissur

We are hiring a Field Growth Associate for Thrissur. The role involves meeting customers in the field, generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets. This is a field-based position, and local travel using a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products and services
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market contacts
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Clearly explain product details, pricing, and ongoing offers
- Coordinate with the office team for order processing and delivery updates
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, enquiries, and follow-ups




- Support payment collection when required

Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Graduation preferred)
- Experience in field sales is an advantage; freshers can also apply
- Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
