Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Greet customers and understand their mobile phone needs.
- Present and explain features of various smartphones, accessories, and plans.
- Assist customers in comparing models and selecting suitable options.
- Provide after-sales support and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, offers, and product launches.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Process transactions using POS systems accurately.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements :

- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience : 1-2 years in mobile phone sales or electronics retail preferred.
- Languages Known : Must be fluent in Sindhi,



Hindi, and English .
- Passport : Valid passport is mandatory .
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile accessories, and related technologies.
- Customer-focused attitude and sales-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in upselling and cross-selling.
- Familiarity with brands like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, etc.
- Basic understanding of mobile service plans and activations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
