Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and confident Telemarketers to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective students/customers, explaining our programs and services, generating leads, and supporting the admissions/sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.
- Explain courses, programs, or services effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule appointments or counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.





Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Good convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Prior telecalling/telesales/admissions experience is an added advantage.
