Field Sales Executive - Merchant Acquisition

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants within the assigned territory.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and expand the merchant network.
- Present and explain the company's products and services to prospective merchants.
- Complete merchant onboarding, documentation, and KYC formalities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued engagement.
- Achieve monthly merchant acquisition and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth merchant activation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily sales reports.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Relevant field sales experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Fixed Travel Allowance: ₹2,000 per month

Performance Incentives: As per company policy
