We are hiring a Hindi-speaking Pre-Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, give software demos, and support clients using our SaaS product, SaaSGOLD .

What You'll Do

- Talk to customers from North India in Hindi
- Explain software features and benefits
- Conduct online demos via Google Meet/Zoom
- Follow up with interested leads
- Support customers during onboarding and setup
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams

Requirements :

- Fluent Hindi (mandatory)
- Basic English communication
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or software sales preferred
