Job description: Hiring: Senior Business Development Manager / Sales Leader

Role Overview This is a hunter-led B2B sales role , You will build, close, and scale high-value B2B accounts

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire mid-to-large B2B clients (Luxury, D2C, Corporate Gifting, Jewellery, Hospitality)
- Build and grow repeat, long-term accounts (₹50L-₹2Cr+)
- Own deals end-to-end: pricing, negotiation, closure, collections
- Protect margins and sell on value, not discounts
- Coordinate with design, production, and accounts teams
- 3-7years of B2B sales experience (packaging/manufacturing preferred)




- Experience selling customized / solution-based products
- Strong in negotiation, costing, and margin management
- Comfortable with targets, accountability, and reporting
