Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate current leads through field visits, references, and networking

Meet potential clients and explain construction services, pricing, and offerings

Conduct site visits and project presentations to clients

Follow up with prospects and convert them into confirmed customers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Negotiate pricing and close deals

Maintain a database of leads, inquiries, and sales progress

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Required Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent convincing and closing ability

Customer relationship management

Target-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of construction/real estate services

Qualifications

Any graduate (preferred)

Experience in sales / real estate / construction sales (0-3+ years)

Work Nature

Field sales role (client meetings & site visits)

Target-driven performance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
