Social Media Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage sales inquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and DMs promptly and professionally.
- Share product details (photos, videos, pricing, offers) with customers.
- Convert online inquiries into showroom visits or direct sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain customer database and inquiry records.
- Coordinate with showroom sales team for order fulfilment.
- Promote new collections, offers, and campaigns on social media.

Required Skills :

- Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English).
- Robust sales and convincing ability.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
- Basic understanding of jewellery products (gold, diamond, etc.).
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work on sales targets.

Detailed Job Duties : ➤ Customer Interaction & Sales :

- Reply to all customer queries on social media platforms.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery products.
- Share images/videos and explain product features clearly.




- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or showroom visits.

➤ Lead Management & Follow-up :

- Maintain record of all inquiries and leads.
- Follow up regularly via messages or calls.
- Build relationships with potential customers.

➤ Product Promotion :

- Post and promote jewellery collections regularly.
- Share offers, schemes, and festive campaigns.
- Assist in creating engaging content for sales.

➤ Order Coordination :

- Coordinate with showroom team for order processing.
- Provide updates to customers regarding order status and delivery.

➤ Sales Target Achievement :

- Work towards daily and monthly online sales targets.
- Track performance and improve conversion rate.

➤ Customer Relationship Building :

- Maintain polite and professional communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Encourage referrals and reviews.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
