We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives (Telecallers) with prior experience in real estate or similar sales profiles. The role involves engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads
- Handle inbound customer queries related to real estate projects
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales teams
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
- Regularly follow up with leads to convert them into prospects
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements :

- Graduate (any stream) - Mandatory




- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling/sales (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
