Job Vacancy: Sales Cordinator

Company : Ohixo Crop Science Pvt. Ltd. Location :Indore (M.P.)**

Key Responsibilities :

- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up with clients
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems (like ZOHO system )
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure order fulfillment
- Ensure daily CRM usage and discipline by sales and field teams
- Handle data migration, master data creation, and data accuracy
- Configure automation, reminders, tasks, and alerts for follow-ups, payments, and activities
- Generate and share MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management
- Provide training and handholding to sales team and back-office staff
- Act as the single point of contact with Zoho support / implementation partners




- Troubleshoot CRM issues and continuously improve system efficiency

Eligibility & Skills :

- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in Zoho CRM implementation or administration
- Experience in Agri-Input / Seed / Fertilizer / Crop Protection industry preferred
- Strong understanding of sales processes, dealer networks, and field force operations
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Working knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and data management
- Positive communication and training skills
- Process-driven and detail-oriented
- Ability to drive CRM adoption and change management
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and senior management

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
