Customer Inquiry & Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a fast, smart, and proactive person to manage customer inquiries and help convert them into sales.

Responsibilities :

- Monitor and manage all inquiries from Instagram and WhatsApp :

- Convert inquiries into sales

- Understand customer questions quickly and provide clear solutions

- Respond to customers via chat and calls :

- Assign and follow up on pending inquiries

- Update our customer handling software with proper labels

- Maintain a proper record for reporting

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or sales

- Excellent spoken and written English :

- Fast thinker who can understand customer problems quickly :

- Comfortable using computer systems :

- Detail-oriented and responsible

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
