- Generate new car sales through walk-in customers, field activities, and references
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, finance, and insurance options
- Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Participate in showroom promotions, events, and local marketing activities
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records
Eligibility Criteria :
- Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0-3 years in automobile sales (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented attitude with sales mindset
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
- Valid driving license preferred
