Job Title: Sales Executive - Villa Sales

Location : Kovaipudur, Coimbatore Company : Dharmic Homez

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle company-provided leads and schedule site visits
- Explain villa layouts, pricing, specifications, and project highlights
- Conduct site visits and guide customers through the buying process
- Follow up with prospects and address queries professionally
- Negotiate and close sales within company guidelines
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams
- Update lead status, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales (villa or apartment sales preferred)
- Robust communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Familiarity with the Coimbatore real estate market is an advantage
- Target-oriented and disciplined follow-up approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Willingness to work on weekends and site-based schedules
