We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales & Tele Caller Executive to support our UK property management operations. The role involves lead generation, identifying and classifying prospect leads, client engagement, structured follow-ups and regularly updating the CRM, guide prospect leads through the sales funnel, and drive sales through professional communication. Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls (cold calling and existing/old databases) to generate qualified leads.

2. Identifying and classifying leads as Hot / Interested / Cold.

3. Perform regular follow-ups and nurture leads until closure.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.

5. Achieve assigned sales targets and identify high-potential prospects.

6. Conduct one-to-one virtual meetings with interested clients and record meeting minutes.

7. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Strong command of English (written and spoken) with good vocabulary is mandatory (UK client-facing experience preferred).

9. Self-motivated, target-oriented, eager to learn and deliver optimum results.

10. Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and data handling.
