Salary : ₹5,000 Fixed + ₹500-₹1,000 per Closed Deal Working Hours: 4 Hours Daily (Monday-Saturday) Salary Date: 1st of Every Month

Siarsa Electricals is hiring a Remote Sales Executive (Closer) to call and convert leads generated through Meta Ads for:

- Solar Panel Installations
- Lithium Batteries
- Electrical Products

Key Responsibilities:

- Call warm leads generated through Meta Ads
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Pitch products confidently
- Explain pricing and benefits clearly
- Handle objections
- Follow up consistently
- Close deals
- Update daily call reports

Daily Targets:

- 50 calls per day
- 2 hours talk time
- 20-30 follow-ups daily

Requirements :

- Must know Bengali (mandatory)
- Hindi (preferred)




- Basic English (For CRM updates)
- Smartphone + Laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet work environment
- Basic sales understanding (Freshers can apply, training will be provided)
- Serious about building a career in sales

Compensation Structure:

- ₹5,000 Fixed Monthly Salary
- ₹500-₹1,000 commission per closed deal
- Payment via Bank Transfer / UPI
- Salary credited on the 1st of every month
