Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell MPPT-based solar street light system

Generate leads and develop new customers

Handle B2B, B2G, and institutional clients

Develop dealer and distributor networks

Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations

Coordinate with technical and project teams

Handle negotiations and order closures

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Market research and competitor analysis

Skills & Requirements:



Knowledge of solar street light systems and MPPT technology

Understanding of solar panels, batteries, controllers, and poles

Solid B2B/B2G sales skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Technical sales understanding

Client relationship management

Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Electronics / ECE (preferred)

MBA (Sales/Marketing) - Advantage

Experience : 3-6 years in solar/renewable energy sales

(Solar street light or MPPT product experience preferred)

Salary : Attractive salary + incentives + performance-based bonuses
