Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, references, and digital platforms.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients in Wakad and nearby areas.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial projects.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with banks for home loan processing and documentation support.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor projects in Wakad and Pune.
Pay: ₹14,263.39 - ₹48,505.43 per month
