Job Overview

This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert qualified leads generated through Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) into paying customers
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
- Identify additional potential clients through networking and referrals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements :

- Solid communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable with phone calls and client interactions
- Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion
- Prior sales experience is preferred
