Generate LAP leads through field visits, referrals, and channel partners (DSA / franchise).

- Promote and explain ABFL LAP products , eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Profile customers to assess income, business stability, creditworthiness, and property value .
- Collect and verify KYC, income, property, and legal documents as per ABFL guidelines.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to resolve pending queries.
- Maintain robust relationships with DSA partners, builders, and business connectors .
- Achieve assigned monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets .
- Update CRM/MIS systems with accurate customer and pipeline information.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and repeat business .
- Ensure policy compliance, documentation accuracy, and ethical sourcing practices .
- Handle customer queries and basic escalations until loan disbursement.
